What Are Discs?
Discs are the cushions between the bones in the spine. Disc pain usually causes tingling down the arms or legs. It will usually get worse depending on how you sit or stand. Disc pain can cause it to be hard to find a comfortable position and very difficult to sleep. Chiropractic adjustments can help to alleviate spinal pressure on the spinal misalignment that can cause irritation to the disc, disc bulges, and disc herniation. - Your head is visibly tilted, shifted or rotated in one direction.
- Your head juts out in front of your chest and shoulders.
- One shoulder is higher than the other, turned in one direction, or your whole upper body is shifted to one side.
- On hip is higher than the other, turned in one direction, or shifted to one side.
